We require payment for services at the time of treatment. However, we will be glad to contact your insurer to determine if your health insurance policy covers our services.

If your policy covers our services, we will bill your health insurance company and will promptly reimburse you for any out-of-pocket expense upon receipt of payment from the insurance company.
